On-Line Extractive FTIR Based Stack Emission Analyser
 

The FTIR measuring system is designed for Continuous Emissions Monitoring measurements (CEM). Typical application is H2O, CO2 , CO, N2O, NO, NO2, SO2, HCl, HF, NH3, CH4, C2H6, C3H8, C2H4monitoring from Waste incinerator or Large Combustion Plants. Measured components and calibration ranges can be changed according to application.

Is an ideal tool to use for measuring trace concentrations of pollutants in wet, corrosive gas streams. All parts are heated up to 180º C and can be used for undiluted gases and the sample gases do not need drying before hand.

The System consists of FTIR Gas Analyzer, industrial computer, sampling system, ZrO2 oxygen analyzer and total hydrocarbon analyzer (FID). All parts of the system are 19" rack mounted and are installed on the pull-out shelves.

On-Line FID Based Stack TOC / THC/ VOC Analyser
Heated Flame Ionization Detector is the reference method technique for measuring total hydrocarbons(THC, VOC, TOC). The advantages of this method are that it can be used for hot, wet samples. maintaining an elevated temperature prevents the dropout of heavy hydrocarbons along the sample line. This detection method is continuous with a fast response time making it very effective for alarm status monitoring applications and other real time reporting.

The Model 3000HM is suitable for a wide range of applications from incinerators to high concentration solvent users. With good carbon correlation for aliphatics, alcohols, esters ketones, and aromatics it provides a reliable determination of total hydrocarbon levels.
On-Line In-Situ Stack Emission Analyser
In-Situ Stack Gas Analyser uses IR / UV for the measurement of gases NO, NO2, SO2, CO, CO2, NH3, HCL, HF, HC, CH4, BTX, etc..using dual 3 4 beam, dual wave-length rationing, double pass, across-the gas stream.

In-Situ & Probe In-Situ systems includes transreceiver and reflector, measures above gases based on Gas Filter Co-Relation / Optical Filtration without any interferences from H2O, CO2 and other critical gases.

Turret contains a one or more specific measurement cells, each with seperate reference and measurement bandpass filters. The digitally controlled turret sequentially steps between the two positions, periodically returning to the index position for measurement of target gases.

On-Line Stack Dust Monitor
LM 3188 is the most cost-effective dust monitor , equipped with a semiconductor laser. It is excellent for measuring at the medium to long distances( 3 - 10 m) and medium high concentrations ( > 25 mg/m3).

Portable FTIR Gas Analyser

A portable FTIR gas analyzer which is typically used in stack emissions monitoring, comparison measurements, catalytic process control and other applications where multiple gas compounds need to be accurately monitored in hot & humid sample gas. Typically measures 250 compounds and user can set up to 50 compounds including H2O, CO2, CO, NO, NO2, N2O, SO2, NH3, CH4, HCl, HF, VOC´s etc.,by using Calcmet software . Measurement ranges can be selected from sub-ppm until vol-% level.

Instrument can be supplied with the portable sampling system, utilizes hot-and-wet measurement principle (no drying or dilution), which ensures that the analysis is done with a representative sample. The portable sampling unit can be optionally equipped with a ZrO2 sensor for accurate oxygen measurement.

  • Continuous Emission Monitoring (CEM) based on IMS and GC-IMS technology . IonMobility Spectrometry (IMS) is a simplified atmospheric pressure time-of-flight technique that is highly selective with low ppb to ppm sensitivity and can operate in the most severe conditions.

    Can be used with all standard dilution or non-dilution sampling systems. With the high sensitivity of IMS there is no risk of sample loss when using high dilution ratio probes.

Landfill Gas Monitor
